Kongskilde Industries manufactures pneumatic conveying and separation systems for industry and agriculture.
Kongskilde Industries was originally owned by DLG but acquired new owners in 2018. Together with a new management team, they set in motion an ambitious transformation of Kongskilde Industries’ factory near Sorø in early 2021.
The goal is to make Kongskilde Industries’ production more scalable, so that Kongskilde Industries becomes an even more attractive partner for its customers. At the same time, it will also free up working capital that can be invested in further developing and consolidating the company’s strong position in the market for small and medium-sized air transport and air separation systems.

CEO JepCEO Jeppe Lund chose ChangeForce to assist with the transformation. Change Force has helped with:
- Initial analysis of flows and time consumption
- Thorough layout change, streamlining workstations and flows in the assembly area
- Standardisation of workflows
- Training in performance management and structured problem solving
The first project was implemented in the assembly area in early 2021. In five weeks, employees increased production capacity by 33%. At the same time, employees have built skills that enable them to make continuous improvements with limited assistance.
The experience is so promising that Kongskilde Industries has decided to expand its cooperation with ChangeForce and implement pilot projects in all its production areas before the end of 2021.
